Mission Statement

By encouraging business owners to work things out rather than going to court, all parties benefit.  Seeking resolution rather than discord allows the parties to move forward.

We are not called upon to expend our time, attention and resources in litigation; by seeking early resolution with an impartial mediator experienced in business litigation who is willing to explain the applicable law to both sides, the parties can come to a fair resolution without letting litigation ruin their businesses and their lives do.
