When did you first get into the legal industry?

In 1992.  I liked the level playing field that the law allows.

What are some of your favorite books regarding the practice of law?

 Some of my favorites are “The Best Defense” and “Chutzpah,” both by Alan Dershowitz.  Another book that I found incredibly helpful is “Witness for the Defense” by Dr. Elizabeth Loftus.  It discusses the flaws in eye witness testimony.

What excites you about mediation?

I love how the parties can walk away with resolution, not excess legal fees by going to trial.

How is your work/life balance?

Honestly, I wonder if this is actually a myth.  I strive to keep work at work and home at home, much like everyone else.
